what's an AN960 washer you ask?
AN960 flat washers are used under hex nuts to provide a smooth bearing surface, as shims to obtain the correct grip length for a bolt and nut assembly
in this pic you can see the bag of hardened washers I had (to big @ 1/2"), then you can see the 3/8 and 7/16 grade8 washers I was getting ready to use, and lastly, in the front the 7/16 AN960 washers that fit perfectly , but I still have to double stack them to achieve the correct thickness, looks good to me, any differing thoughts before I wrap this dilemma up?

each washer is .063 thick so I needed approx .126 worth of spacing.
I may try and find a single washer in that thickness rather than running two....
OD of the ARP bolt is .0472
ID of the AN760 washer is .0551
