there was plenty of cross hatch left, that angle doesn't show it though......35k on the engine when taken apart

8rib pulley installed on the 200 amp alt; funny thing about this setup is that even with the 8" crank damper, due to the larger diameter of the 8rib pulley, I will be running the alt about 10% underdriven:

I'm changing out all the bolts on the Magnuson MP122H to ARP stainless steel...............should look pretty good when assembled:

not really sure, but they ain't cheap; and I hear ARP stock is on the rise
