Duhhhh.....! I'm a dumbass! Seems I unplugged the low side electrical connector when I installed the headers. Plugged it in, and all is good!

3/16" before clearance before I got the TC bolted up today (55ftlbs)

Did you paint your ATI pulleys?Mine appear black while yours seem to have a purple hue to them.

Maybe they do special west coast colors.Prep for the neon kit.
