If it's not ready to start by this weekend I may just end up long term storaging it. QUOTE]
Wow good luck, so that really only gives you 1 or 2 days of working.
Like asked how long will you be shipped out and thanks for your service...

got some more work done today.............had to re-route the whole lower half of the harness.............apparently I forgot how we laid it out (A FEW WIRES RAN SHORT) so we fixed all that; which of course took quite a while; BUT, at least everything hooks up ok now!
So where am I?
let's see:
I'm ditching Magnuson's I/C cooler wiring & Nelson's E-Fan harness and going with a different setup, simplified "so to speak"
I need to tidy up some of the wiring with zip ties and get all my electrical connections finalized.
Make the new I/C pump/E-Fan/Heat Exchanger Fan Harness built and installed.
Tighten down some Misc bolts.
Connect the new Battery so I can run the fuel pump and clean out the lines.
Pre-Lube the Engine with 30wt Break-In oil.
Load Tune and then "Fire in the Hole"!
I suspect I have 1 more solid day of work (tomorrow) and Sunday we can Fire it up, check for leaks, and start tuning. That leaves me two full weeks to drive it before I shove off.
Got the new HD Tensioner on the work-bench and ordered a new set of idler pulleys in the event I have issues with my current setup.
