Notice in that pic the size of the intercooler as well, the race 2300 stuff gets the larger intercooler.
I didn't see the inter-cooler size. The height of the intake? Taller?

Assuming from your statement that there will be a common intake port on the blowers and they'll provide a phenolic adapter to match the ports on whatever head design?

I'm kinda supercharger retarded, but what's the benefit to the drive cogs instead of the standard style?

your a sweetheart, gee thanks
The good news is that there is not a whole lot of custom anything that needs to happen this time since the injectors are the same brand/type I had before but in a short design, boost level will be about the same(calculated) so the break-in tune loaded will work just fine. I will have to figure out something for an intake tube but that shouldn't be terribly involved. Just install the blower, wire her up, connect the fuel lines, and then "fire in the hole"!.................let's hope

Intake is the same, look inside the intake ports, you can see the intercooler runs the full length of the manifold and is deeper.
I would not interpret what I posted as there being a common intake port, but simply that the lower tub is machined for the phenolic spacer or vise-versa, haven't seen the finished product yet.

no real benefit @ 10lbs of boost as far as I can tell, but certainly a desirable setup when going for the larger boost #'s. My whole reason for going this route was flexibility. This configuration allows me to do whatever I want up to 20+ lbs of boost on my 365 CID 6.0L.

To extrapolate a little more for MG. Belt slip. @10 pis the normal v-groove belt would probably be okay. @ 20 it might slip.

so that being the case, in the future you have the option to do a cog style for all your pulleys in the front? makes sense, that would pretty much cancel out belt slippage entirely.

But make for an expensive and noisey setup, if you converted totally to cog therefore you can go 8 rib which isnt any louder then stock but still a pretty penny.

without getting onto the weeds, each belt drive has it own set of benefits, characteristics, and limitations. I'm just going with a setup that I think will work best vs. the least amount effort to install on my current 8 rib setup. This may prove to be sufficient or I may need to go a different route to get everything to play nice

Very nice Grippy. That would have been my blower of choice for your truck. I'd like to see it in person someday.
