Allow me to grave dig this post again...LOL. Grippy, your truck is set up very similar to mine as far as it being a 2500hd, ECSB, and charged. I am really trying to dig up as much info as i can before having my exhaust done. I have seen a LOT of setups when doing my research and that one is hands down the sweetest looking truck ehaust I have seen yet. I am looking to do something very similar but trying to figure out how to arrange the mufflers. I have a hitch on mine (which i dont see on yours) that may not allow me to install the 3rd muffler like yours. The way the 8100 series SW headers are set up is different that the others. The actual header crosses in front of the tranny pan...like so...
So my idea was to come all the way down the passenger side with dual 3" pipes and dump out in the rear on the passenger side. Just not sure at this point if i want to go with dual mufflers or a single muffler with dual 3" in/out's. What made you decide to originally go with 2 mufflers instead on a single muffler with dual in/outs? Did you ever find a way to get those codes to stop popping up?

I would go for a 3/4 drop. Unfortunatly the 2" taller frame on the HD keeps you up there, but I wouldn't lower it extra because of it. If you go much lower than that you might not like the ride and also might run into traction issue's if spring rates and pinion angles don't come out right. Does yours have the two piece driveshaft or the one? I can't remember how they came that year. Either way you may have to shorten that after you lower it also.
