You can always grind your stock bolts with a dremel or something and make your own chaser...I did that with head bolts...

i have soem questions on your 8 rib, why did you go with an innovaters west over an ati damper? and is there some sort of pin on the crank pulley so it wont slip? did you have the other pulley cusotm sized by metco? im curious as to how all the pulley line up. arent some for a vette or f body? did you get the entire waterpump with the 8 rib pulley or did you just put the pulley on the waterepump? im trying to do this as well so i need all the help i can get. thanks.

I'm pretty sure he had his crank keywayed during rebuild to prevent pulley slip and his new damper had keyway provision already.

IW made the 8" 8rib. I had a keyway machined in my stock crank which matched the keyway already cut in the IW pulley (You can also use an ATI crank pinning kit) I got the 100mm idlers from Metco and the tensioner, alternator, and power steering pulleys from ATI. The blower pulleys were custom machined and the water pump is an Evans unit and comes with that pulley already installed.
