Default RCLB GMT-900. tvs1900, 4l80e, stall, cam, exhaust

Alright hopefully ill get a little more motivation if i make a build thread here.

my goals are to go deep 12's and i would be STOKED to go 11's with a DD truck
A little background on my truck. its a 2008 gmc sierra with 4.8 current mods to it are long tubes to 3" ory and blackbear tune. its lowered 4/7 with 20" centerlines and got a little bit of stereo work.

Mods to be done in the next couple months
already have the parts just need to install
-roush tvs1900
-custom 2.8" pulley (any idea on boost? thinkin 12-13lbs)
-hd tensioner
-212/222 115 pat g cam for the blower
-2007 4l80e swap with hd-2
-circle d triple disc 1a
-detroit true trac
-possible high speed balance driveshaft
-tru cool 40k
-new exhaust coming out a boom tube
-small shot of nitrous.. hopefully
-chumma tuned

heres the truck new before any mods, initial thoughts of buying the truck. need an 8ft bed to fit building supplies in, and a hauler for the dragster i was building at the time

the front dropped

cuttin up the rear

post drop

harsh ride fixed with a notch

after the wheels

i dont have any pics of the exhaust but that will be changing anyway.

Im undecided on what i want to do for exhaust. ive got stainless works headers into stainless y and dumped spintech. i have 1 dmh cutout already and may buy another to do dual 3" with cats that i already have but arent installed. not sure if want to keep spintech. i love the sound but maybe not best perf for this setup. also wanna run cutouts out the boom tube because i think itd sound sick. opinions please.

truck looks good and looks like your off to a good start. With those mods you mentioned should net you some good times but instead of the tvs go with one of tricks or KB's front mount turbo kits i think you will be more happy with the outcome later and will surly be able to support your goals.

ive thought of going turbo. if i did id just make my own setup but at this time in my life i dont have the time to put out towards that. i think the tvs will do fine for now but i constantly change my mind... this truck was going to go 6.2 cammed, then 4.8 on big shot of nitrous, then t56, now im a little settled. each time getting a few parts then changing my mind before i did it.

WOW!! I can't tell you how sexy a RCLB looks dropped like that! Reminds me of how sinister Dually's look when dropped.

i was wonding if you had ran it again too as i remember you posting those times right after you put it in. your 1pc is it the big 5" dia aluminum one? im so on the fence about this because calculations show it will live to 6200rpm for my 72" length. thats why im thinking of bringing it to someone to balance at 4 or 5k and see what it does... if i can even use it with the 4l80
