When my buddie went fast fuel rail they leaked and all we had to was bend the brackets that came with the rail to change the angle a little bit and quit leaking..

The LS2 o-rings still seem to be a bit small, because if the rail isn't in exactly the right spot, it leaks. But it'll work for now.

Ran into some issues getting the FPCM to power on. There is a signal wire that controls device mode, and it has to come from the BCM. I will either have to build something to mimic that signal to feed to the FPCM on key-on or snag a BCM from a junkyard and have it provide the signal itself. The truck will run without it; I just have the FPCM tuned out so it operates as a non-feedback type fuel system.

I tried starting it tonight, but commanded AFR is crazy rich at 2.84:1. Injector pulse width is huge, it won't even sputter with that much fuel. I am trying to figure out what is causing that much fuel to be dumped in.

Bit burned out on it at the moment lol...I just want to fire it up. Aside from that rich condition, it should be ready to run.

just as a side note....I had those same rails when I had all my issues with running lean. I now have much better billet rails. Good luck.

Lol yeah I stopped trying to start it til I can find out why its trying to go so rich. The cylinder walls are already clean, they are brand new lol.

I paid like 250 for the harness, FPCM was 70..don't remember what the ECM and TCM were since I have had them for a while. I think you can pick up the pair for like $100 or less these days. Figure in about $50 for wire and solder too
