Your elevation is compounding your problem. At sea level it would come on at least 500rpm sooner.

Put in half a tank of E85 today and it seems to be liking it It started to knock some last night at 16psi even when it was cold, but even with the heat today around 90°, absolutely no knock at 16. Pretty nice to see that. Also took the parents for a spin and they kept talking about it for an hour, pretty sure thats the fastest vehicle either of them have been in. Did a couple 12psi launches, good times

They wanted to keep going! But I heard a clank getting into boost going up this hill, sounded driveshaft/front end related, I was like ****...better just head back home. Got there and it turned out to just be part of the engine stand I had strapped in the back of my truck sliding back I love being relieved like that...

Nice. Do you have the front end straped? I havent tried 4wd yet. That might be tomorrow's project. Everything seems to be happy at 6-8lbs and 10degress so I dont really feel the need to push the timing or boost up.

There is a station with e85 in town, I may add a few gallons tomorrow too...

You just threw a few gallons of e-85 in without tuning for it, and it did ok? I might have to try that.

Nah, no straps yet. Haven't needed them....maybe I'm just not making enough power

No, I tuned for it. Stopped the pump at exactly 13 gallons for a half tank, and filled the rest with 91. Gave the VE table another 14% and the driveability is identical to how it was before. Just no knock at all now If anything, I have noticed my wideband has smoothed out now, its not as jumpy as it was before. Might look into that later...for now I'm just enjoying it
