There's a mode in the settings of the Go Pro's that allows you to have I think it is a 170 degree view. So if you want, point it at a right angle and it will do a good job or recording what's ahead and or behind you depending on what your racing. I would put it on the roof though so you don't have the pillars in the way.

So, stopped by the local dyno shop yesterday and threw my truck on to see what it would do. Just made some pulls on the street tune. Started at 8psi and worked my way up to 16. I wasn't shooting for any particular numbers, but I came to the conclusion that something isn't adding up.

This is the dyno graph from yesterday with a 6.0 and twin MP70s, 16psi:

This is the dyno graph from my old truck with the 6.0 and S475, 16psi:

Dyno operator tells me yesterday that I need more turbo cause the 70s aren't enough. I explained why that shouldn't be the case... He mentioned I don't have enough downpipe. Might be a possibility, except for the fact that a 300hp per side limitation is ridiculously low, even for 2.5" pipes. Not to mention the graph from my old truck looks ridiculously similar...

Ideas? Has anybody done a converter unlocked vs locked dyno comparison before?

Did the old set up make more HP? That second graph is hard to see.

They look almost identical

The corrected numbers are 673/898 for my current setup, 635/895 for the old one. Observed on the dyno yesterday was 607/809, not sure what observed numbers were on the old setup. The fact that they look so similar leads me to believe it isn't a parts combination or limitation issue.

What kind of numbers/power curve were you expecting VS. your old set up?

Thats really weird...why would your torque peak so early? What cam do you have? Do you have it versus rpm? Time is even more useless than mph

I began the pull around 3000rpms, so at that speed its got enough rpm to spool the turbos up pretty quickly. It hits full boost pretty quick. Cam is a 218/218 112. I don't have that run vs RPM because I didn't make the pull all the way through the test window. The dyno was being a bit finicky about stopping the pull at the end of the test window.

I was expecting to be at least in the 700s because of the races I've had recently. I've been running and beating some fast people in the past couple weeks...no way I'd be able to pull on most of them with only 607hp at the wheels

Your torque always peaks so high and falls off so quickly...it points to too small of a exhaust side on the turbo(s), but last time you had the spool valve stuck closed...what are you doing with timing with respect to rpm?
