Yes, engine combo works very well, and the idle sounds really good for a relatively small cam. very happy with what you set me up with Jarrett, thanks again. I have another m5 meth nozzle ordered, so it will be 3 m5's. As far as the weight, I haven't put it on a scale yet, but I'm curious to find out.

Very cool build you did.. Truck runs like a raped ape for sure.. You are the 6th person I have seen running the scat rods.. A local builder I know uses scat alot.. Any reason you went with them over a lunati, callies/compstar ect??

No reason in particular. I have talked to some people that have pushed them pretty far, and none of them have said anything bad. They are pretty lightweight rods comparably, and the price at 300/set can't be beat. I am in no way shape or form the person to spend big money and put a lot of work into something and cheap out on a major part if I'm not confident it will work though. I really can tell the difference in the weight of the rotating assy vs. my other heavy ls2 rod/stock piston setup that was very similar in every other way at 10psi. This one comes on WAY harder. From dead idle, I punch it, go maybe 10ft, then lets all 4 285/60/18 kumho's loose for 50ft. I talked with jarrett quite a bit when I was choosing parts, and he set me up with a lot of them, he's probably sick of me bugging him with questions by now lol.
