Resurrecting Denial
I've been flying under the radar lately. I'm going to JU to finish up my degree so my priorities have been shifted around a little bit. But, I'm still trying to get the Sierra back on the road--and more importantly--back on the track!
The new motor is a 404" stroker. Diamond pistons, Eagle crank and rods, 11:1, PRC Stage III LS6 heads with Yella Terras, Patrick G spec'd cam, EWP, 90MM SSR intake w/ NW90, Marine 8.1 injectors, etc. Still gonna have the NX MAF kit on the truck as well. Probably just a 50 shot though.
I'm also on the hunt for a 9.5" 14-bolt. Gonna step down from the 4.11's to 3.73s (or maybe higher, not sure) and add an Eaton and TA Cover.
And, picked up a new set of wheels tonight as well. 20X8 and 20X9.5 Boyd Coddington Stingrays. I'm going to run the new Nitto 305/35R20 DR's out back:

The long block is pretty much together, just have to find some time between class and work to get the truck to the shop and get everything installed.

Pewter53: I'll be up there for the No Lip event (November 8 I think??), but without the truck unfortunately.
Everyone else: Thanks for the compliments and the well wishes. It's just been a rough year! Hopefully things will come together over the winter and I can have it at the track in Jan-Feb.
My goal is to drive to the track, bust off a 10.99, get kicked off, then drive it back home.
