@wretched73 $Free.99 when you don't pay for them cause they collect dust.
@RedXray 10 $5000 ones so I can liven up my daily choices.
Also just so everyone can sit and laugh at me because I just know this game. Guess who has to replace a turbo? This guy! Guess who has to replace an ECM? This guy! ECM maybe not though turbo most likely.
Means I can go ahead and lose the weight I have been meaning to.
You know I think the Lord enjoys playing cruel jokes on me. *sigh* depression sets in, back where I started. Fortunately at least I can drive with the way the truck is, it just is a little low on power but nothing drastic. I've had a lot of good things going on in my life and I am really really trying to not let this get me down. Just been so busy recently that I barely have time to do anything. I go back to school in the spring and work full time so that is going to suck wiener. Don't mean to kill the thread but just wanted to let people know kind of what is going on. Life has been absolutely bonkers recently. In a month(?) or so I have something huge happening for me. You'll see
P2610, P2510, P2563 btw. So compounds????
Also edit before anyone suggests it. No I do not believe the dealership knew about these codes. The P2510 and P2610 I figured had something to do with the battery dying while sitting. I think that it is completely coincidental that the P2563 code has popped now. This truck basically sat for 2 years without getting driven at all. It took me 400 miles before anything popped up for it. I would be willing to gamble that it is completely coincidental. Especially now since it pops every other time I start the truck.

Dude I get it. I’ve got a 6yr old in tee ball//piano//swim lessons, an almost 3yr old that I’m signing up for jujitsu, a blazer to build, a new quad I just picked up to fix, and the wife and I both work full time. Money sucks and time is more valuable than gold. Gotta carve out some me time though. Guarantee there are plenty of things you could work on that give progress to the project that don’t cost money. Keep at it man. At least you can drive your project. Mine’s been almost a year.

I drive 8 hours and picked up a 7.3 powered F550 flat bed for my old work. Truck looked and drove great, even made it 6 hours until the turbo seal ate itself and dumped all the oil into the exhaust. Boss was pissed that I bought a POS, but it truest had no signs of running poorly until a several hundred mile highway trip. Same thing as your truck, I don’t believe it ever did more than a 20min trip here and there locally, and they told me it hadn’t seen highway in years.
Oh well, don’t let it get you down. Slap an upgraded single along with emissions delete and a tune and enjoy it.

My buddy recently bought one and after reading about that he put a new KC turbo on it so he doesn't have to worry about it. Runs better then ever now.
