Went to the dyno again yesterday to make some pulls. Truck ran great, but found something that needs upgrading.

turbo work truck on the dyno - YouTube

It made 814....at 5700rpm
Its blowing through the converter, and actually made the best power on the least amount of boost I could run (19psi). It didnt make any more power on 3 more pounds of boost. Time to upgrade the converter!

What rpm stall are you looking at? Don't you typicaly keep a turbo stall kinda low to load the turbo?

I dont really care what rpm, as long as it works well.

You want the stall loose enough so you can spool the turbo, but tight enough so its not too inefficient at the top. Whatever stall speed that ends up being depends on weight and power.
