Found my valve spring tool today so I could check PTV clearance, and it looks like I have at minimum 0.300" so I should be good there. Also checked pushrod length about 10 times using different methods and got zero lash measurements of 7.200 for the intake and 7.180 for the exhaust, so it looks like I am going with 7.300" pushrods since there isnt a 7.280" length.

Factory LS7s. Appearently they like preload in the 0.080 to 0.100 range, so we will see. Wanna buy some comp 7.425s with less than 2k miles on them?

I have no use for them...

If I did mine right I have like .090 preload on my ls7s and haven't had any problems

Little bit of progress, got my intake put together, except for the fuel crossover which will be -8 black nylon braid.





Scoggin Dickey are the only ones that sell a TB cable adapter for the NW TB for at least the 92 intake, unfortunately it needs to be cut a little, which isnt really an issue.

I have a question regarding that...how will the cable length be adjusted properly? Shouldn't the length from the bracket to the TB remain the same as from the factory?
