There is no way that is going to happen. You should be banned for making such suggestions!

Looks like a great project Atomic!!! I say put the ol' 5.3 in the DD with full boltons and maybe a few lb's of boost. Just to keep it with a little power. Maybe 400rwhp or so. You should have enough parts laying around for that.

well i was gona suggest throwing a used tvs on his 5.3 if he could find one, but it sounds more like he was converting it to his DD, no need for a heavy drivetrain taking away from driveability/mpg since he has a full play truck in the works.

Nice build brother, great deal on the Denali cluster, I love mine. I want to go the AWD route also, when funds allow...

No kidding....the good news is I already have alot of the single expensive parts so I dont need any big purchases to get rolling....biggest purchase will probably be driveshafts since I will need 3 (2 for the white truck, and 1 for my silver truck) since I cant find any f dshafts to fit the 80e swap. Maybe texas dshaft will give me a volume discount

I am going to swap the rear ends one boring weekend

Got some cool ideas at the swap.....a roll cage that exits out the back would be a lot less suspicious if I had 2 light tabs welded on and throw on some rusty KC's

Also thinking about finding some stock 17s instead of the 16s since there are more drag tires in that size and I cant go to 15s....thinking 285 front 325 rear 30in diameter....any suggestions?

Also think converting all the lights on the inside to red leds would be pretty cool, including radio and cluster

Throw on a ladder rack while you're at it. I mean if we're going full sleeper, nothing more surprising than getting your *** handed to you by a full on work truck.
