I fixed the gas tank issue, used some 5/8" hose with a breather on it so it could vent. Also cleaned up the wiring near the battery.

I am going to have to rethink my oil cooler thing because the adapter plate I have will hit the front driveshaft...

I dont think performabuilt fixed my transmission I broke back in January...I sent it to them to fix under warranty and havent tried it out until now and its doing the same thing; no 4th gear. When it goes to shift the engine just revs.

So you have to pull the trans again? Is it possibly in the tune? That really sucks if you have to pull it again.

I was in the same boat. Pulling the trans half a million times because it wasn't done right. I haven't driven my truck since it was done last time so I am anxious to see if it is fixed or not too.

Yea, gotta pull it at some point if I want all 4 gears...I hate pulling transmissions. Its not in the tune.

This oil cooler thing is becoming a pain. The oil sandwhich plate deal I was going to use wont work because it hits the front driveshaft, so I got this cool piece:

Only problem is it has -10 fittings and that **** is expensive, and I just so happen to have a lot of -8 fittings and hose I am going to make work. This will also be good for my turbo feed, and oil temp monitoring.

Decided im going to send the trans off now instead of driving it any (havent driven it in over a week) to prevent any potential damage to the converter. Hopefully I can get it back together and running to full potential before Christmas.

I havent talked to them actually, I am going to send it to another vendor to go through and do their own upgrades to. Performabuilt had their chance to fix it, and failed, so I am trying something else.

Seems like Performabuilt is slacking lately on their builds...
