Got all the front end stuff and some sleeves in...that will be saturday's project.

My exhaust resonates inside the cab something awful. It sounds like something on the back wall but I cant find anything at all that could be vibrating, its driving me nuts.

I installed my new coolant res from mitch, it really cleans it up and fits a lot better than the stocker. Its pretty cramped in there with the filter, but everything fits nicely.

I have moog inner and outer tie rods, pitman arm, and idler arm. I sprung for the $200 cognito idler arm pivot, and it is seriously a block of steel, there won't be any deflection with this thing. My 4wd launches, albeit at only 1500rpm and making around 500rwtq peak, are uneventful and straight as an arrow. I have a video on YouTube I can link here when I'm not on my phone.

I bought basically everything; upper and lower ball joints, inner and outer tied rods, pitman arm, idler arm, idler arm bracket, all moog stuff. The sleeves are some of those posted earlier, they look pretty nice, especially for the price. I dont anticipate any problems with this setup...

More concerned about trap speed really...if I can trap around 103 that will tell me I have about reached my power goal, but I would be thrilled with 6s. If I ran a 7.8 with a 1.78 60' at 4psi in 2wd I think its well within reach.

If your exhaust is humming real bad in the cab try making one of those exhaust resonators like in the sticky in the exhaust thread. I just did it and it works great.

It would be easier to change the resonant frequency of the back wall instead of the exhaust since I have 4" exhaust. Problem is I cant find exactly where its coming from.

Dynamat the back wall, the weight alone would change the frequency besides the actual rubber material.
