Yep unbolt the gear from the frame, and leave one bolt loose but still in, once you can swing it back it's a piece of cake. Front end guys are ones who make real Money in most shops

I know I got a hell of a workout using the ball joint press to do both uppers. Bastards are in there tight. And the greese boot was very hard to get on as well, not sure if thats normal or not.
The pitman arm nut I got off with my cresent wrench, but after beating on the pitman arm with a 3lb hammer and it just laughing at me I gave up for the day

Gotta get a puller or it'll just keep laughing at you lol. Yeh the boots are supposed to be tight. If they aren't greaseable ones it doesn't hurt to add some extra before putting them on. Axle socket and hammer works good for putting them on.

Got the front end done, and got the line lock installed and lines bled so now I just need to get that alignment done and I should be good to go on all fronts.
I did a quick test drive and everything appears to be working, but still only see 3-4psi. Im not sure if its my controller or what so im going to run it on spring only and see what happens.
Also, I put in some bed lighting during the down time...
