Those are some very nice gains! I'm betting you'll run under a 9.50 1/8 mile if not better.

Are you going to run street tires, drag radials or maybe try out both at the track?

I run street tires since I always run in 4wd. Gonna put my 265/60-18s back on here very soon, which is my winter/track setup haha. So once I get those put back on, I get my plug protectors, and Justin checks the tune over one more time, to the track I'll go!

The thing thats killing me the most right now is the stock converter. It just won't get into the power fast enough from a dead stop.

You thought about a cheap TB Stall? I picked up one for a 100$ plus 100$ core. The results were nice too!

What gains did you see? What stall speed did you see?

No track times but it feels a lot better.

Heres a post to another site talking about it... I went with a DAACO brand stall.

I have thought about it, and if I was just staying with cam and bolt-ons I would probably run one. But since I still want to run the turbo, I'll most likely end up with a nice triple disk converter in the 2800-3000rpm range.

I got my plug wire protectors in today from Summit. These things are nice. Drove 30min and was able to touch the protector right after. Waiting to hear back about a replacement for the one that burned up. In the mean time I just threw on one of my spare ACDelco wires with the protector on it.

I'm planning on hitting the track next Thursday for test n tune. Gonna swap wheels at some point in the next few days, send Justin another log file, and hope that I can make it to the track and run a 9.5 or better!

Well did one last data log run today to send Justin now that my misfire is fixed. Here are two videos I took while data logging. The first one is a run through 2nd gear from a 30mph roll. The second video WAS going to be a run through first from a stop, you'll see why I say WAS lol.

Well I didn't get the ET I was looking for but I beat my PB so that's what matters!

New best ET of 9.80(-0.05) and mph of 74(+2.5). I think I just really need to get a new converter in this thing.

I agree on the tc

Dude I'm telling u get a tt3000. I have a daily 4x4 like yours and cut 1.7 60 foots and it's just the perfect stall

How is it for towing? I sometimes tow a car and open trailer, 5k tops.
