It's getting there Dan! Justin is coming to town the weekend after Memorial day. So Im gonna get my wideband installed before then and have him double check the tune. After that Im ordering a trans and converter. I wouldve done it this week but due to personal matters, I'm just not in the mindset to deal with ordering all that right now.

You're not doing to bad man. You've only been on this forum since '09. I been here since 04 and it took me 6 years to break into the 13s lol.

It'll be exactly 4 years tomorrow since I got my kit in . But there's been a lot of bumps along the road so it is what it is.

It's listed at 3,995. Maybe if I'm lucky I can catch a break on shipping or something.... The level 6 is 2,895 but doesn't have a few of the bigger parts that the level 7 does. Not to mention I'll be going with a Circle D 265mm billet triple disk converter .

This is what the 7 has over the 6:

Billet 2nd gear servo
300M Billet Input shaft
Billet Pump Rotor
Billet Forward Piston
2-3 HD Apply Valve
Deep Aluminum pan
Micropolished Internal Parts

Good idea going w the 7. Those hardened shafts are $500 a piece from FLT!

Well... Got another brake line to get fixed. Thank god it let loose when it did and not sooner. Me and 4 buddies were coming back from a kayak fishing trip. We were 30miles from home when I noticed the brake pedal getting a spongy feel. Thankfully there was only a couple lights on the stretch of road we were on and I had no issue limping the truck the 30miles home. Brake fluid is all over the back of the wheel, brake caliper rotor, and wheel well.

I hate rust with a passion. Thankfully my brake lines arent too bad but I had to literally cut the stock shackles out.

In fact I just out on braided brake lines on the front today and surprisingly the fittings came apart pretty good, with the help of Kroil.

Yeah im trying to decide if I want to just get braided lines put on in addition to fixing the hardline or not.

The rust issues im having lately have me contemplating getting rid of the truck again.
