fittings for the turbo oil feed and return??.. i had madman weld a -10 ( i think) flare bung in my pan for me. for the oil feed. i took a -4 flare to 1/8 npt. i put the flare end on a lathe and turned it down flat, then put a slight reverse flare in it so i could use different size nitrous jets. i also had to bore it to .152.... the nitrous jets small OD was .151

Little more done tonight.

Going to use for Blue "pencil" injectors


Got the cold side done except i have a problem, no way i can fit a bov.



Bov flange is tight tight tight.



Got the bumper modified as well...i really like it!



Here is another showing the bov issue.

cut 1/2" off the top of your cold pipe where it meets the MAF
that should pull it out so you can bolt up your BOV !!

I really cant that pipe is as short as it can be and so are the couplers, unless i go speed density and and remove the maf.

I cut the pipe in 2 and relocated the bov to the other side.



Started on the fuel pump.





This fuel pump is way different then i have seen, im guessing this is your "pressure" canister for the fuel regulator?



So i would assume just replace the pump and the line going to the canister.

Lookin good. The pic that shows the cold side piping off the right side of the IC. Does that hang down lower then the IC or is it just look like that in the pic??

im pretty sure its the angle of the picture. I will look tomorrow if it is i can shorten a pipe and eliminate it.

Tomorrow i think i will have the fuel pump done. Im going to go to the local hydraulic shop and have some o rings either made up, or if they have some, im not real sure what orings i will need to use the cobra injectors.

I like your style with removing the bed, easiest way to do it imo. Must be nice to have a shop like that to work on your stuff.

8 Bolts 2 connector and in my case the 2 air lines for the load stability bags and the bed is off, why fight the tank on the floor and all that bs!

Its my bosses shop, we use it in the winter for pecan harvesting.

Fuel pump is done, fuel injectors are in. Should have all the wiring done tomorrow as well. Then will concentrate on the oil lines and the turbo kit will be done.
