I'm guessing I'll run around 11.5 since I'm not changing out my 22's, I'll lose quite a bit right there alone.
Here's today's progress. Got everything hooked up and running, HOWEVER, did a test run only to find out my IAT's are actually higher than before. Usually mine are about 10 degrees over ambient just cruising down the road. My test drive was showing them to be about 25 degrees over ambient!
We currently have it set up out of SC to top of cooler, out of cooler at bottom next to temp sensor, to Ice Box, to pump, back to SC. My Brother thought we should hook into the top of the cooler and let gravity send it down to exit at the bottom. I thought to go into the bottom because the temp sensor is right next to it...plus it's a back to front cooler and the bottom inlet is on the back, top inlet exits the front toward the fans. Guess we'll try swapping them around to see if that fixes it. Does anyone know the correct way?

You would see lower temps going from the pump to the IC, IC to the SC, SC to the tank, and pump below the tank. Your set up will show you benefits once you actually add ice to the tank where it will really cool off the water in there. As a DD that tank is just a hot box for the liquid to heat up as it waits to get pumped into the SC.

Where is the intercooler inlet/outlet located on a TVS? It seems with the plumbing you described above, you have added some unnecessary length to the circuit by going from the icebox up front & down to the pump then back up to the IC. Even if the i/o is in the front of the lower manifold, you could benefit by putting the pump under the icebox. Those tight 90's at the heat exchange aren't helping flow any either.

Ya, 35 above at cruise is too high. The stock Maggie setup will run lower then that.
I run, tank, pump, HX, blower then back to tank. For a all out track setup I would do different but I base mine on DD. Also there is such a thing as too much coolant flow.
As Maggie said, I've also ran the inlets and outlets both directions on different setups and there was no difference.
