I grabbed some data from the engine builder this week as well. My ring gaps are tight. I hope this doesn't lend itself to issues down the line as things heat up... no pun intended. I may have preferred a touch looser, but frankly I'd rather them on the tighter side than looser side. Maybe that is me being penny wise and pound foolish but the reality is I will never push this engine over 20PSI with the PD blower.
16-17PSI and nitrous however... that may be a different story.
Top gap is .020". Second gap is .022".
