I'm chasing my tail with a misfire that makes me want to drive straight off the road into a tree.
It's a ridiculous misfire at about 1400 RPM. The truck starts to miss and then goes ridiculously lean. Fuel pressure is fine. The miss starts before going too lean. Its far more prevalent after doing the fuel system over... but I have no idea what that is telling me.
Could my x link be causing this? It is so consistent at 1400 or so RPM that it makes me think there's no way this could be a mechanical problem. Am I right in thinking that? Could it be a bug or some sort of stored quirk in my timing tables? They all look good now, but I know some tables tend to save their history and there have been a lot of changes in my idle timing lately.
For those of you who have HPT I would really appreciate a second set of eyes.

I have not logged that but I can see in my logs that there is no spark being pulled.
I highly doubt a cracked plug. When I tell you its exactly at 1400 RPM I'm not kidding. 1400 under very light load only. In my mind a mechanical problem like a cracked plug would be far more erratic.
