The parts truck made about 250 miles today easily, started in Tyler county, to the other side of Houston, then to Zavalla on the North end of Sam Rayburn lake to pick up a boat, then back home... 143K miles on it and still doesn't use a drop of oil. Its all about maintenance

As far as the Summit box... its a battery box, Moroso power shutoff switch, header wrap, spray, and new Taylor plug wires, mine were bad off.

3B...haven't heard of that one before from Circle D. I'm VERY interested to see how you like that converter, since mine should probably be pretty similar, maybe not as loose. How soon until you think you'll have the rig on the road?

Its a Custom built Circle-D Kurt

I'm actually heading out to get some things done on it today, I'm basically going to finish prepping the engine bay for the new motor, paint the motor mounts and maybe try out my new media blaster and possibly decide on a few things to powdercoat.

The battery relocation project will happen after the trucks running again most likely. I don't want to be chasing electrical and mechanical demons at the same time.

Oh, and I had another box from Summit waiting on me when I got home today
Haha, if it breaks, does that make the test a success or a failure?

Its official, my media blaster my be the coolest tool I've ever bought, shouldn't have waited this long to get it.

Also got it pressure washed under the hood and my log/downpipe are wrapped. FYI for people wrapping exhaust, use 1" wrap on primaries... 2" sucks.

New turbo drain flange showed up from Precision Turbo today too with O-ring'd fitting so my oil system is complete now I'll be at the lake all day today so nothings gonna get done (I'm here right now actually ) as soon as I get back, ill get crackin.

I've got an idea for the wastegate too, may end up building me a dump pipe and dumping it into the atmosphere. This bigger turbo is going to move the DP back a hair and I don't think the WG will mate up, so ill just vent it open and be the loudest kid around I don't care, the trucks not going to be driven a whole lot anyway.
