Nice run! Was he at least cool about you beating his sports car on a 30 roll?


the cam and stall should help you out a good bit. Just make sure you install a better trans cooler. Stalls will add a bunch of heat to an already weak cooling system (trans).

Yea he was cool about it, all around nice guy...most mustang drivers arent like that. How big of trans cooler do i need? Do i absolutely need the 40k?

I installed the cooler that came with my PerformaBuilt lvl2 which I ordered with a 2500 stall. Im not sure if its the 40k or not. I would definatly install a cooler though. A hot trans will slip and wear quickly.

Nice kill man. Seems like your 5.3 is running pretty good with so little mods. It's going to be a beast when your done with it.

well heck yea, i got my headers, servo, and retune on today and got a chance to run the gt again...i beat him by about half a car this time, and just so he couldnt make excuses we raced 3 times...yay go trucks lol
