Don't doubt the hemi's. There are a lot of them running good out there and of course there are some that don't run for crap... just like any other chevy or ford.

I think it should be a good race.

If he has headers, cold air, and a tune or whatever and if you just have a cold air, exhaust, and a tune i think so.

Being that he is 4x4 and has the extra weight while being lifted also that is to his disadvantage. From a dead stop i think it should be even for a little bit and you pull him on the top end. From a roll i think you should pull him... what gears do you have? 3.42?

I think your best bet is running him from a roll. Those hemis have some nice low end compared to us, especially if you have tall gears like 3:42s or so.

That quad cab flat out hooks....if he hasn't done suspension mods, the stock stuff is doing wonders.
