Default crew cab vs. 370z

last time i had raced a 370z was at track, i just had full bolts on, he lost traction and we were tied to the 8th, but by the 1/4 he had me by a second. well last friday i met a brand new one with dealer plates still on it at a light on the highway. he reved it up so i knew when that light turned green it was on. he had half a car until i shifted to second, my boost came on and i pulled by 2 car lengths, i stayed in it and looked down and i was pushing the 115 mark, so i let off, i had 1 car on him. At the next light we rolled down are windows and he said " you have a beast there" and i said so did he. i was stoked.

yeah the 13.8 is my best at the track so far, but i think theres alot more left in it, at the track it was in the 80's and 75% humidity and i dont have an intercooler, so usually when i first leave for work its a whole different animal then when i drive a hour to the track and run it. i know the timing was getting pulled pretty hard on that time, cause it was a total dog off the line. i think the 370's run 13.6s to 13.7s stock, so it was pretty close on the street.

my truck still needs the timing played with , but i didnt want to have a retune until i intercool it and pulley down, im making 3-4lbs with this set up, id like to be 5-6lbs intercooled and work on my timing. I figure that should get me to low 13's, and then maybe with a 3200 stall and radials in the 12's i hope haha.
