99% of mydriving is out of boost, I don't go around burning the tires off, I can't afford a new engine, trans or even new tires, lol. Once in a while, usually showing off but sometimes just putting some @$$wipe in his place....
Today's 4wd launches with Rick@Synergy were fun!

Well...... 50% of my drivin is in boost spinning..... haha jk...

I work out of town and we have Company truck or we fly... so i only get to drive my truck when im actually in town... so in a 1000 miles is like 10000 miles of everybody else.... Now ever other tank i do take it easy... Today i was at 1/2 tank and it took $49 to top her off.. 14mpg....
This tank i pulled our 16' Tandem axle trailer with 3 4x4 Foremans.... i even out ran a 4.7 Tundra.... hehe.. he was pullin his grizzly on a lil trailer and still couldnt keep up..

This new found low end torque is awesome!!! The converter doesnt even unlock goin up some hills in OD pullin the trialer and it doesnt go into boost... Fuel mileage is the same if not better than the 5.3...

I didnt get to play with anyone and I even put the tires on the truck
I did make a couple of WOT runs on the way home from 60. I forgot how much the trucks loves cold weather

Time to crank up the boost Nonnie. Make it a safe 8 psi

My truck made 442rwhp with a stock LQ4 and a non intercooled whipple at 8 psi. With the turbo you should be pushing 500

ITs crazy we went out to race and all we got was a big hassle. we finally gave up and went home and that is when we found a race. That civic was quick but we were racing his race. I would like to try him from a dig.

I have to say my poor old truck was not put togetherr for interstate racing. That SOB was like a fair ride at about 120!
