Exclamation Gotta Brag! 2 clean Kills!

Coming over the hill tonight ( for those that dont know, hyway 17 from Santa Cruz to San Jose is a trecherous twisty mountain pass) there was a '05 Tahoe hot doggin' it so i waited till it was safe at the bottom of the hill and pulled along side.
I Left him from the start and by the time i was doing 120 i was 2 lengths and pulling away! Slowed down, let him catch up and at 75mph, he was 1 length ahead we hit it! Took me until 100 but i passed him and was pulling.

Here's the best kill yet. Caught up with an Audi, a late model one, not sure what type but it was a 2 seat sport coupe. From the light it was neck and neck. When i hit second he started to pull away but i soon was ahead and pulling. As i hit third i was leaving!
I slowed down and at the next light caught a late start, he was 1/2 a length ahead but i soon passed him! I pulled into the left turn lane and was hoping he'd pull along side to chat, but he was so pissed he ran straight thru a RED LIGHT!! Oooops.

Keep in mind this is at 11:00 pm and there is no traffic to speak of, so i know it's illegal to road race but it sure is fun!
Can i really beat an Audi!! man i'd be pissed too if i was losing to a big ol' pick-up!

Nice kills. I would be pissed if I thought my audi was fast and I lost to a truck not once but twice . What a bad sport should have took it like a man. What side of the hill were you on when you took out the tahoe. Lots of hot ******* on 17 sometimes one needs to show them who gots the bigger *****.

Yeah, thanks! I was on the North side, headed north.

I just installed the next tune (for the gear change) and was out doin' a CPU learn on the new tune when i lost to a Maxima from light to light. He had me by 1 length! I'll atrribute this to the new tune not being learned yet ( I only had 1 mile since install) but he was cool, told me his buddy put in a "chip" and some other "stuff"! I am not ashamed to be (barely) beaten by a 300hp 2200lb sports car!

rfingtrk00- you're from Santa Cruz, huh? I moved over here last year, closer to work, the commute was killin' me!

Oh yeah, the Audi was a cute little thing

Good kills trevert, those maxima's are pretty quick. I love showing up little cars like audi's and bmw's, big ole truck keeping up or beating the crap out of them. good kills.

I can't speak for "slowhoes", but my Yukon has lit up a late 90's 525i (2 yrs ago, but not much of a kill... only a car length), a ricer Civic with squeelin' intake, raspy exhaust, funny big tach, and more recently, a 5.6L Titan (ooo, what a fast truck... NOT!). Got the Titan by a car length on Behrman Hwy (Westbank N.O.) from a stop to 70mph on yesterday. I heard people saying those are fast, but they are not. My kill was on a "bone stock" truck.

1SlowHoe... I'd like to see some vids & slips when ya get that 6.0 that Randy sold ya runnin' right.

Every so often, I get folks like this wantin' to run the Yukon... I'd like to see more when I get my '86 RCSB truck up and goin. Talk about a sleeper.
