it was a newer one. had funny air foil things under the rear bumper. looked like chrome boxes from the side. it was yellow. if that helps lol. we were not really at a stop. we took off from the light and i gave it some gas and he followed then i gave it some more and so did he so i mashed it and so did he. when i first hit it the turbo spooled and i took off. i heard him back there giving her hell. then he slowly came up and passed me. i think i may install the boost controler in now. before i didn't really care everything i race i beat. this is my first loss since the turbo. now time for more boost

But at the end of the day they still have a Viper while we have Chevy/GMC's. I don't care how much more money we could spend modding our cars, but a Viper would be badass to have. Alot of prestige with those cars...

Bah, prestige my ***. I'd rather have a fast truck that I can haul stuff with and drive to a funeral without pissing anyone off, not to mention an extra $10,000 in the bank, than the "prestige" of driving a brat's hot rod that takes no imagination and have everyone assume you're a trustfund baby with no wrenching skills. Turn your boost up 4.8T and go get that geek!

By your post I am assuming that you have never ridden in a high-end car. Those cars are about ALOT more than speed, however, most of them are also pretty damn fast. Assuming anyone driving a Viper (or any other high-end car is a brat is assinine). The price tag of a vehicle doesn't constitute wrenching skills. I'm also going to assume that the guy with the Viper is probably a better money manager than you as well so I'm sure he still has plenty left in the bank. Besides, if most of these guys wanted a fast truck that could haul stuff, they could get one. I'd be willing to bet that most Viper owners have other vehicles including a truck.
