I hear you, only had two good races in my grocery getter in the past number of years; one was to a lowered NNBS RCSB with a "tuned by Flaco" sticker, and another was to a murdered out C6 Z06 with bolt-ons who I don't think went over half throttle to keep up with me
Though I don't think anyone would ever consider racing a full size 4x4 SUV, no matter if they were fast or slow

Im not saying that i have the fastest truck out there by no means...i know that compared to the greatest majority of trucks on this site its slow. Like blackout said, i was just saying i havent seen any quick cars since being down here. And as for the hpt account, i already have one and have been trying to figure out where a meet is for a couple weeks now but still cant get an answer. Just like everyone else, im just trying to be faster than the next guy. Money is just really tight right now so i cant afford to do much modding. I figured most of yall would realize where im coming from but i guess thats very few these days. Sorry for wasting your time

Damn dude, don't get so sensitive. I know I was just fkn with you.
I don't know what part of town you are staying in. Seems like most of the action happens on the SE side of Houston. A lot of race vids on this site are recorded right by where I used to live. I don't really want to post up a specific spot. Mainly because I'm paranoid. There are a few people who plan meets in the Texas section on Tech. Like I said, not sure about your location. Royal Purple Raceway in Baytown is still open. If you don't work on a Friday night, go down there and make a few passes. Bound to meet somebody you can run, elsewhere.
I moved to Baytown this summer. I figured in the silverado Id catch a race at every other redlight. Because the track is in town. I can't get anyone to bite. I drive my tundra ~80% of the time. Most "races" I get is in that. And its usually some ******** in a f350 4x4 or some base model silverado c/c that tries not to let me pass.
