Lost to a **** yellow rustang...
Well since it started to really cool of this weekend i decided to cruise around town a bit tonight. Anyways im minding my own business when this **** yellow mustang hauls tail to get behind me, so i get to the next light, and we both do a u-turn, and he throws me a rev (thing sounds unfugginbelievable) so im game and nail it at about 25mph, and he does too. Immediatly i jump out on him about a car lengh, but he reels me in QUICK, but i stayed right behind his pass side door all the way up to 80mph, then we both let out.
I thought i did OK for my modest little truck lol
Dude was a cool guy and gave me a thumbs up and we both went are separate ways, i did notice it had GT badges, but it sure sounded alot more healthy than your typical rustang, sooo might have been modded, not sure...

O-h-h **** ... Procharged.
So does that mean it wasn't worth a ****?
Mustangs usu. sound good w/. any exh. cause they utilize 2 muffs.
Fbodies, for instance the 3rd & 4th Gens, used that 1 crossflow, so they still had a v8 sound, but a Stang has a nasty rumble that turns heads. They made up for it by bein faster than Stangs from factory.
Bruce, I've been wonderin for yrs. when u planned to start moddin it, some more?

Money is very tight at this point for me, being that im in construction, and everthing is at a stand still in my part of florida, so im taking care of the more important things first, and unfortunately the truck is just being put on the back burner for now.
Someday i hope i can run with you, and the other big dogs on this site LOL.

Same here, $ is very tight at this point for me too.
If I didn't spend the money in the past on mods, I couldn't afford to do so now. Meaning they wouldn't be on the truck where I am now financially.
Maybe that's some of the reason why it's tuff now, cause I did spend that money on mods, not sock away. It's just different now.
Well, some ... a beefy tranny is always a good idea.
And yes, by all means, take care of the more important things 1st.
As to the, someday I hope I can run w/. u & the other big dogs on this site. Funny, many are faster. Some aren't.
Let me be clear tho - crystal clear, I love the supercharger!!!
I look fwd. to when u can mod as u wish. It stinks to be held back by an obstacle, like cash, but it's life. It'll make it that much sweeter when u can do it.
Trust me, I had to wait til time was right to do blower after supportin mods & the planets aligned, yes I wish I'd done sooner, but it is what it is.
Tires don't last as long.
