in need of a kill...
when the headers and retune coming in. Im set up to race this 05 ecsb tundra.. i believe they have 280. he has borla exhaust. and i dont kno what else. anyways he challenged me and hes like kinda a friend of my little brothers. im hoping that with these mods i can take him.. supposbly he has beaten a rcsb hemi. i dont know what to expect my bro just told me hes quick.. i dont kno if i should throw money on it.. ill let u all know when it goes down. tsp told me i should get my headers in on thursday.. installed on sat with tune hopfully if jesse isnt too busy.. any input? i should definitly do it from a roll due to tm? right?

i thought ppl said 5.7>5.3 but i have heard of this being wrong.. when my truck was stock i was keeping up with one that was chipped,i/e. but he had 22s.. i cant wait to get these headers in w/ retune.

hemis are NOWHERE near fast, as my old 5.7 vortec with just a few mods walked my friends dads. Don't get me wrong, they have a killer bottom end, but as soon as those rpms get to 3000+ they fall off faster than a truck falling off a cliff.

well after retune and lts ory. my goals are. my bros maxima. with the 3.5 265hp. then the 280hp tundra, then a CCSB hemi that beat me 3 other times.. when i only have intake and custom catback. i have no chance in hell against the duramax lol.
