Maybe in the range of low 15's?? Roush does have a bolt on supercharge package for the 2004 up F-150's to increase HP by like 110HP or something, but the price is really steep.

Just to stir the pot a bit, I saw a Joe Gibbs truck running at Rockingham about a year ago. I asked the guy, probably in his late 50's, if he wanted to put the trucks on the line together. His response, "Not after seeing the last run you just had!" I believe back then I was running like 13.3 range and he ended up running in the mid 14's or something.
