I was looking at an Escalade and the fenders look very very familiar to the fenders on the 03 chevy.
Do the trucks use the same fenders now?? does anyone know how i could find out? That would make and escalade front end swap much easier and cheaper now if they shared fenders

Thanks is funny, because I had that exact same thought come to me today while driving. Also kinda wondered if the new SS front bumper cover would look good with the escalade grille and lights over the top of it. Anyways, just thought is was funny I was thinkin the same thing today.

Our Escalade and my neighbors GMC seem to "appear" to have the same front fenders. The "add on" Caddy stuff is simply glued or stuck on to the sheetmetal, so it makes a direct comaparison for the lower portion harder. There may be a slight difference at the light cut-outs, but the Silverado may not have that issue with the restyled front.

Thats exactly what i was thinking. And if they shared fenders all id need is a hood and headlights.
The GMC fenders are different for sure, but the Chevy ones seem to be the same. Does anyone know where i could check part numbers to compare them?

The first gen2 Escalades had no sheetmetal on the bottom behind the front tire because of the big fender flares. You would have to cut this piece from the Silverado fender and weld it to the Caddy fender. The new Avalanches have ditched the huge fender flares so maybe the new Caddy's have too.

well i looked at a caddy today and everything is the same except for the very front
the front of the chevy fender is rounded and the front of the caddy is straight, i guess you could still make it work with some body work but i dont know which way would come out cheaper
