03 Yukon - Disable Seat belt chime?
Friend with an 03 Yukon wants to disable the seat belt warning chime. And yes, he's still going to wear his seatbelt, the chime just pisses him off when he's sitting in his driveway in the morning getting everything situated before the drive to work.
I'm sure someone has done this, any tips? I figure the easiest way is to destroy the device that makes the dinging noise(where under the dash is that?), but if there is a cleaner way, please do tell.

Not sure if it will work, but there is a wire under the seat that plugs into the seatbelt sesor. It's just a 2 wire plug. Not sure if that will leave a light on though.

mine doesn't do that. all it has is a light that flashes. put the seatbelt on 1st before starting the truck. that might work. look in a Haynes manual. they have a wiring diagram that probably could help you out
