Default 17" tire choices?

So i just biught the rims below to give them a try on my silvy, from what ive been reading most people are running a 275/60-17, am i correct? If not what would you guys suggest if i plan on lowering 2/4... and i dont wanna spend over 200 a tire to... so let me see what you guys are running with 17 in stockers!

Nittos 285/50 17 nt450 there like 170ish they hook good for price on the street anyways

Pretty small tire..

275/60 imo,

onlinetires.com has both sizes of nittos cheap, way under your budget and cheap shipping

Just got some 275/60/17 Hankook Ventus ST RH06s mounted up today, and so far I love them. Grip like crazy, look good, and aren't loud at all.

i was looking at the general UHP in a 275/55-17, what do you guys think of them and would they be alright for a 2/4 drop?
