Default 2/4 question.

What series of tire can I go with, im getting 24 inch wheels, and i have an 06 Silverado crew cab, with a 2/4 drop?

It all has a lot on your rim width and back spaceing, but I think that a 31.5" tall tire is the largest you want to go safely. I know someone who has that drop with a 305/35-24 which is wide and is 32.5"s tall. That truck rubs at 3/4's turn on the steering wheel, but not at full lock. Hope this helps.

I agree with cyazo, dont get any tire over 31" tall

Ok, the tire size is a 305/35/R24...what do you guys think?

Also, are the rims goint to pick my truck up alot, or are they going to fill the gap?

I think there is a real good chance they will rub with the 2/4 drop.
Like I had said before that is a 32.5" tire. For the most part it is going to fill up the wheel well a little more and it will lift the truck by a 1/2" over the stock 31.5" tire.
