2002 Silverado dash touch up paint?

Default 2002 Silverado dash touch up paint?

Anyone have a source for the dash paints? seems they used a rubberized coating/paint that seems to rub off etc Have a couple spots on the wifes dash I'd like to try and bllend.

go ahead and sand it completely down and make it the color you want it to be

um yea I hear ya, but tryin to avoid 8 hours worth of work and I wouldn't think of paintin the dash assy inside the truck. Just have a couple spots I'd like to touch up, otherwise it's gettin a dash mat

Try Colorbond. I used it to touch up a couple spots in my 2000 and matched perfectly.

go get you a can of sandable primer, spray 5 or 6 heavy coats on whatever your painting, sand it down till smooth, and if its not smooth repeat the priming step and sand again. then spray a few coats of duplicolor spray paint for plastics on there, few coats of clear, wet sand to get the orange peel off

cept for the speaker cages. i just rubbed those down with rubbing acohal and sprayed a few coats of white on there...
