I think it's great for towing, when your empty and ride control is engaged it's a rough ride, but when haul/towing a load and ride control is engaged it rides really smooth and the truck isn't squatting. If there was a way to push that button with some adjustable shocks and it softened them I would definitely do it...then I could have street shock hardness and strip shock hardness controlled by a button... THAT would be ****. Until then I'm looking into a 4l80 swap and gears/tru trac.
i have the 9-way adjustables, the only thing is i have to crawl under the truck and adjust them by hand (just a turn of a ****)
but, they do sell the accesories for them to where you can adjust them by the press of a button while in the truck.

look up rancho shocks. they do exactly what your wanting them to do.

The ability to switch between DD mode and race mode by a stock interior button would be bad ***. I've gotta get this and wire it into the ride control button. Thanks for the heads up, I haven't looked into suspension stuff too much.
