Default 6-20-09: Pics after car show...Wash & Wax

Figured I post up some pics after the car show. Took 1st place at a local car show. There were close to 100 vehicles there, evertyhing from rat rods to vipers. I guess the judges liked trucks! Changed a few little things and gave her a good bath and wax. Took the billet grille out, still trying to decide if I wanna remove the door moldings. What do you guys think?

You have a very good looking truck and deserve 1st place. Oh and I would leave the moulding.

Thanks guys! I like the cover, but I am thinking about gettin the side skirts to match the cover, it looks a lil out of place hanging down lower than the rest of the truck...

OK...no offense but I don't see how it's possible for your truck to get first place at a car show with 100 cars. Don't get me wrong, you have a nice truck but there's nothing award winning about it, IMO. On a side note...I'd remove the molding, get color matched door handles, and consider removing the front bumper cover.

I couldn't believe it either! I was floored when they called my number... But I live in a small rural area, so there isn't much of a custom car scene. Mainly old street muscle cars.

Leave the cover. Different bumpers and covers have been part of the hobby since it started. Hate seeing the same thing over and over again. Nice truck btw and Congrats
