What year is your truck? They might total yours...
An OEM rear bumper and supporting hardware is nearly $1000. Same with a bed side.
I wouldn't be surprised if it was $2500 just in OEM parts that need to be replaced on your truck.
Reminds me of my current DD. I Fixed all in 4 hours with used parts in a parking lot no less...

Initial estimate based on the pictures came in at around $3200.00.

Update:
Repairs have begun. Parts are being ordered. ETA - 14 days.
Bonus:
I am having the entire truck painted (the rest of it at my request and cost). Nothing fancy, just fixing the dents/dings, sanding/primer/painting and the bedliner is getting Line-X'd.

When we had an '01 Yukon for my wife, a dude in a Honda accord totaled his car running into the back of it. Damage to the Yukon was no where near yours, all we needed was a new bumper. Glad to see you are getting things fixed up!

Correction,
Just over $2500.
This is the repair for the damage caused by the wreck. The frame portion is where the rear bumper supports mount to the frame. Those ends were damaged and they have to fix/straighten them back out.
Painting the rest of the truck (at my cost).

Reason for wreck
.....and the reason for the wreck is.....
Driver #2 stated he stopped at the intersection of Ponce de Leon Ave and Artwood Dr due to the light turning
red, and the rear of his vehicle was struck by the front of vehicle #1. Driver #1 stated he was traveling north on
Ponce de Leon Ave, and looked down at his phone for a second. He advised when he looked back up at the
road vehicle #2 had stopped, and the front of his vehicle struck the rear of vehicle #2.
This makes me want to fkn scream.
