Are you buying a whole new truck just to get fog lights?

I'd get OEM fog lights if I were you...skip the aftermarket stuff.

The fog light kit for your truck that comes with the new black lower front valence with holes for the lights is GM Part# 17802547. It should be around $300 installed from a dealer. This kit includes the lights, bulbs, switch, wiring, and the valence itself.

If you wanted to get the kit without the new valence and simply have them cut holes in your current valence for the lights (what I did), you can get everything you need from Jennings Parts on eBay:

It will save you about $50 to do it this way. This kit is about $200 after shipping. Dealer would charge about $50 to install it.

When it comes to fog lights, in my opinion OEM is cleaner, better looking, and more durable than aftermarket fogs.
