that a Warn trans4mer grille guard..yes its spelled with a 4, it comes in multiple peice the center section without the brush guards will run you about 600 bucks for the stainless and an extra 250 or so for the brushguards in stainless steel plus extra for the winch carrier or light bar, extremely nice high quality product but very hard on the wallet.

damn just figured out the winch is separate, whats the best winch to get, i dont need the strongest but i want one that could get me out if i'm stuck

I would definently stick with Warn winches, there are alot on ebay and I have never heard anything negative about them
the warn tabor 9k is a very good price with 9000lbs of towing capacity more then enough to get our half tons out of some sticky situations
