Anyone seen a ram air hood for an 04 GMC sierra?
I'm looking for a ram air hood for my new sierra, and only seem to find the regular boring cowl hoods for them, i sent VFN an email asking them if they plan on making a fiberglass "SS" ram air hood for them, but haven't received any response from them yet, so i figured maybe you guys might have seen some affordable ones around, i'd like something like this one.

What did that one run ya? where did you get it, i take it it's glass not steel, and does it come functional or do you have to cut it, does it have any sort of a cowl, or is it stock height in the back?
Sorry for all the ?'s, but it looks kinda cool, i like the look of the 3 1/2" ss, but VFN doesn't want to reply.

That is the kind of hood I got. Got it from www.godfathercustoms.com Mine is the ghg-103. I have a photochop of what my truck will look like after its fixed. The hood surprisingly flows alot of air. Blew in one scoop and it hit my hand about the same force. So it should work pretty good

I actually talked with VFN on Friday regarding the same thing. They said to give them a call in about 6 months and they should know something by then. They do have a cowl hood though that is like the older style that isn't curved like the Goodmark or Reflexxion hoods.

where did you get it? Hot August nights at Summitracing as a clearance item
i take it it's glass not steel. Yes
and does it come functional or do you have to cut it. I had to cut it
does it have any sort of a cowl, or is it stock height? About 2 inchs
OK thats all of them. It does not come with a ram air set up but Ive made two different set ups, and it moves ALOT of air.
