I got them done locally at Powder Coating Solutions in Greenland, NH
They did a great job, and the finish is great. They did the entire wheel inside and out. They do polishing, but the factory finish is good enough for me. They were brand new when I dropped them off, so they already looked great. If you wanted them professionally polished, they could do that for you too.
Most places are weary of powdercoating a polished surface due to there being not much for the powdercoat finish to grab onto, but then again, my truck is not a show truck and little imperfections don't really matter that much too me. The finish on my wheels looks better than chrome, and they are easiest thing on my truck to clean.
So I say that the bottom line is, if you want the finish to last 10+ years then get them colored. I doubt that my finish will last more than 4 years, but you never know. The guys at PCS told my that they will warranty their work for 3 years, and re-polishing and coating the wheels is no big deal.
The weather here in New England doesnt help either.
