I think they would look great! Yea, the reverse light would stick out, but at least you'd be legal. I just bought another set of '02 lights that I'll smoke.
I've seen NeverSatisfied's tails, that he had blacked out, and it looks like the tails were just painted black to match the truck. They're real hard to see the brake lights and don't see how they're legal.
